Cody did a great job at assisting me through my purchase of my SUV. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and it was clear that he truly cares about his customers. He went above and beyond what I expected of a sales person.

Ethan is very professional, polite, responsive, accommodating and most importantly he is very approchable. Oakwood Nissan is the shortest waiting process in buying car.

I am so disappointed of this pretty poor dealership because of the following reasons: 1. They suggested me a vehicle and kept insisting to put 500$ deposit to secure it, however, the only problem was that the vehicle was not at the dealership, nor they would know where was the car! They wanted me to put a deposit for a vehicle that I hadnt seen and test drive it! Also, I felt uncomfortable while both manager and sales person came to me asking several times for money! 2-Next day told me that vehicle is here I went there and test drive that then I decided to negotiate with the price (they had been told me the EXACT amount of price to me before). Sales person told me that he had to talk to manager about price reduction I offered. After talking to the manager, he came back told me that sorry the price we offered you before was not correct and vehicle values more and they offered me a discount that eventually I needed to pay more! Very funny of them! I put some deposit and gave all information they needed to the finance manager. 3- Finally after several days they told me that the bank did not consider my teaching assistant job in usask (I also have another part time job) which was weird! All in all, I did not like their behaviour and I think they dont deserve to run that business. They have a poor quality in managing, sale, and financing. I recommend no one to go there. Thank you
