I called this number tonight despite reading the reviews, as a mother with a hard to handle child I was given a number to what they called a safe house for kids my sons age. When I called the number I was informed only a social worker can call to have a child placed. They say they are there to help but all the woman on the other side Made me feel was like a failing parent! I already feel defeated and she made it worse, this line definitely doesnt help unless you are looking to give up legal rights to your child. Who ever you were I talked to I think you need more training on helping rather then placing blame

The most useless service ever. They cant differentiate between suicidal and criminals. They took a self harming loved one elsewhere, while I spent hours in the back of a cop car.
