They never even finished reviewing my complaint. She was going to ask the supervisor about something and never got back to me. I even followed up with an email that was never replied to.

GREAT SERVICE could not ask for any better,Now if we could get this type of service from all Government offices including The premier office .We would have the way Government are supposed to be to its people. I know that we should not hold our breath for this to happen.It stars from the top and that is not going to happen real soon. The ombudsman is a real great example I would give you a 10 star but they only have 5 so let's do it 2 x 5star.Keep up the great service.

Self serving and completely non transparent organization that instills zero trust that consumer concerns about crown corporations conduct will be properly investigated. What, a Govt organization that finds a Crown Corp is completely justified in incorrectly billing someone for multiple years and offers no consumer recourse and protection? What a shocker! Dont waste your time on this garbage organization, its a complete front and total waste of taxpayer money.
