Theraplay Pediatric Services

This review is to bring the attention of the owners/managers of this location. I was disappointed with how I was greeted on the phone and how the cancellation fee was charged without getting confirmation of the appointment. I spoke to someone at the front desk and called to pay the final receipt. I was told there was a cancellation charge for the appointment missed on Aug. When I asked for a confirmation email for the appointment, I was told an email was sent to my wife's email. We checked and found out the email was in the spam folder. The front desk was not empathetic about our situation and said we had to pay for the cancellation fee. I wish there were some considerations. Unfortunately, this made me look for other options.

My son has been coming here for 6+ months now. He loves it. He is getting the help he needs in a positive, caring and happy environment. All of the therapists are wonderful and take the time to get to know not only the children but the parents as well. They keep me updated on what they are doing each session and his progression. The entire staff is courteous, helpful and kind. The receptionist is always there for me if I need to reschedule or have any issues with payments etc. Very helpful. Cannot say enough positive things. Thanks so much everyone at theraplay!
