It was share wastage of time when I went there yesterday evening to have some printouts, the guy told me to email I did but i didn't get the code for 15mins as he told me 1-2mins, I was in hurry and they don't even care about the time of their customers, another employee came and told me to rent a pc for printouts, as it was told to me earlier but they didn't think it necessary to intimate.

I spent allot of money at this location over the years, office supplies, clear floor matts, stone chairs, furniture, everything, and now because my receipt is too old, I can't do a return (two tape castes) that are both completely sealed and completely resealable and I had my receipt. I have started buying my office supplies in Calgary. I shop at wholesale places that don't make it difficult to do an exchange. It's unfortunate because I liked Staples.
