Took my truck into this location and the tech that worked on my truck was very filthy and didnt cover my seat with plastic like they do in the jubilee ford service bays. Also I got thr truck back and found a small puddle of oil in my garage from not cleaning up the underside after the oil change. It's just laziness. The young woman that booked me in was avoiding eye contact. I rather make an appointment with jubilee service like I always did. This saved me some time but was sub par work. I must say that at jubilee service customers are treated very good. Coffee is offered and shuttles available. This express lube didnt change my outlook on quickly lube places.

Go here for oil changes if you don't mind waiting an extra hour and being late to all your appointments that day because the guy that drove up after you got his oil change done before you. Yet I'm forced to go here for my warranty to stay in effect. Customer service was horrible during this incident, wouldn't even look me in the eye, just handed me the debit machine with my whole total on it. Could not believe it!! Horrible
