        I was on holiday visiting the area and my glasses broke. The fantastic staff here helped me so much so I could continue to enjoy my time here! Couldnt of been more helpful and kind.

        I am traveling and really got my glasses out of whack and they were practically unwearable. Not knowing if they were even fixable , I walked into the Factory optical in Lawson Heights mall. Maria Jones offered to take a look without any guarentee the glasse wouldnt break. She took the time to not only straighten them but to check for any weakened areas. She did it all with friendliness without making me feel stupid. Thank you Maria for getting me on the road again.
