        I just worked with Maraela to find some hiking boots. She was so knowledgeable, so helpful, and patient with me. She took the time to understand what I needed and helped me from start to finish, and you could tell she was really passionate about helping me find the right hiking boot. Honestly, what she provided, was exactly what customer service *should* be. Absolutely recommend her to anyone. The boots I ended up with were absolutely perfect, with insoles and socks too. Such a great experience.
