Sherwin-Williams Commercial Paint Store

Visited the store on 33rd. The staff working were less than welcoming. When they did help they offered no insight or knowledge. I asked for a specific product. Paid and waited for my paint. Didn't get what I asked for and he was less then willing to help out so I took what I paid for and left. Went elsewhere to get what I need since they didn't seem they wanted to help or know how. Customer service recently has been very disappointing.

Customer service was absolutely terrible, employees had no desire to approach. We were made pay for the paint before mixing understandable didn't show us what it turned out to look like also put on the can non returnable even though we didnt get to see it, we asked for proper primer to go with paint didn't get any by that time the way we were treated I wasn't going to do another purchase. Management has recently changed and since then the customer service has gone down hill drastically. I will no longer refer anyone to this store, also didn't ask what option of paint just grabbed the most expensive gallon and mixed it. Won't be be back

I was really impressed with the service I received from the colour specialist (Brandon). He was mindful of my concerns but also provided me with some suggestions I never would have considered that ended up being exactly what I was looking for. He really knows his stuff!
