Gen is a true professional. From the moment you enter her establishment, your comfort and safety are her primary concern. She is careful to explain every single step as she goes and we worked together to get an eyebrow shape and colour we were both happy about. The freezing took a bit longer to act but Gen was patient and waited until I was completely comfortable to proceed. Her after care instructions are thorough and she gives you everything you need to maintain your brows. Do not settle for less than the best and Gen is the very best. Genevieve was absolutely phenomenal with me. I had double nipple restoration after a bilateral mastectomy. She was the most professional I've ever experienced. She was so thorough, patient, took the time to explain everything in detail. We really spent the time talking about the colour and size I wanted. As well as what to expect as I healed. Words cannot describe what this beautiful soul has done for me. I was overcome with tears when we finished and I looked in the mirror. For someone who didn't think my missing nipples bothered me, I was instantly speechless and felt like the entire cancer journey finally came to a close. Her pricing is unreal for cancer survivors, only the materials cost and what you can afford for her time and experience.
