Glenn of ProTech Thermal is an awesome professional. The building I live in got infested by bedbugs, and he was the most responsive of the companies we contacted. Not only that, he came back repeatedly to help solve our infestation problem. Even though I did not get any bedbugs in my suit, he treated all the rooms. Very much appreciated, as it helps calm the anxiety. I would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone who needs pest control. No one wants bed bugs.. Like no one... Not sure how they arrived .. Don't try and fight them on your own... Hire Glenn... He came over... Explained to us what he would do.... And what we had to do.... One day treatment and so far (3 weeks ) no activity..... Gives a warranty and told us he would stick with us till the endl! !!! True professional and he answered like 500 questions from my wife.... Would hire him again (which I never hope I have to)....
