The store seems to be catering more to dogs. Cat items are minimal. I was looking for frozen Pork cat food which we have purchased numerous times before. The sales associate said they didn't have it and haven't had Pork in 5 or 6 years. Thought that was a rude comment, I left with nothing.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. They are able to help you with any concerns you have with your pets dietary requirements, and they even have treats for the pets.

I got my Havanese groomed, trimmed, and bathed today and Nikki was awesome!!! She took her time and was very thorough with our pup. We will definitely be returning customers. Thanks Nikki.

I went in today to have my dog groomed at the Betts location from Nicky and I have a million nice things to say about her work and how wonderfull she was with my dog. My pup is extremely fearfull of the grooming process and lashes out at times during it, Nicky took it on with confidence made my dog comfortable and not only that but my dog walked out there with everything done that I was hoping for 100% would and will recommend to anyone!! Also walked out with wonderful food recommendations and samples to try!
