        Unclear policy information by various frontline staff. One refused to help me clear up my missing pc points issue. One refused to deliver a medication that i in person requested that it be transferred over from shoppers all information given at that time in person. Another kept asking for my credit card over the phone even tho i explained numerous times i dont pay that way. Frustrated customers.

        Always great! Theyve never made a mistake on my prescriptions, often have them ready before I order and go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. Thanks for going above and beyond, I appreciate it.

        Tried calling multiple times to make sure my prescription would be ready before I get to the store. No answers and the machine just kept putting me through the menu every time I tried to get a real person to answer. Go there and told I had to wait 45 mins.
