        My vet sent in a prescription I was unable to pick it up at the time (they filled it with out clarifying with me if I wanted it). Now I need it filled and called them, a male the answered the phone was snarky and spoke down to me. Then told me I would be paying for 2 prescriptions. ONE of which I NEVER got. He told me its my fault I didn't pick it up and it went in the garbage? I didn't call to get it filled and with June being mid covid I was not working and unable to afford said prescription. Poorest customer service I have ever experienced on many levels. I have never been spoken too in such a degrading manor by someone who is supposedly a professional.
