I decided to look up a pharmacy that was not going to be judgemental because of certain medications that are prescribed to me. I read the reviews and decided I am going to go to Stonebridge as there are many good reviews on how people were treated. My recommendation is ABORT!!! The pharmacist and his protg Sherri are incapable of being kind. They are both rude on the phone and make you feel like you shouldn't have reached out to them. Disgusting behavior from so called professionals. Severley disappointed in these humans.

I've been going to Stonebridge Pharmacy for over 10 years, and never have I had a pharmacist there behave so rudely. I went in there because I had an annoying rash on my shoulder and wondered if they'd have something that might help (according to the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals, Pharmacists are able to prescribe for minor ailments, and my weird rash fit into that category....for all I know, I picked it up from a weird plant when hiking. I thought: why overburden the healthcare system during covid when a pharmacist can solve the problem. Cut out the middle man, right? WRONG.) The Pharmacist (Kyle) seemed like he couldn't be bothered to help in the slightest. His words to me where 'we're not a walk in clinic... go see a doctor...there's a number of walk in clinics that are open.' His tone was snotty, he didn't ask any questions, or even remotely try to offer any service whatsoever. I found him condescending, unhelpful, and very unprofessional...plus, he lied and said that pharmacists can't help with minor ailments despite the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals stating otherwise very clearly on their website. I have literally gone to that pharmacy for 'minor ailments' before, but I didn't bother to argue with him because why would I want help from someone who so clearly didn't want to help?! As I left, I was glad to be wearing a mask so that I could swear at him under my breath without detection. I'm sad because I liked this pharmacy, but now they can pound sand and I'll just go somewhere else. I will definitely not return to this pharmacy for any reason, and will be moving my family's prescriptions elsewhere. I will also advise friends against using this pharmacy for all time. DO BETTER.

I had the stomach flu my second bout in as many weeks I made the mistake of asking Kyle for advice on what to do, his response?, hmm I've never heard of that before. No offer of any support nothing but a churlish almost stand-off ish attitude when I pressed for more info like what would people normally take to get back to some normalcy, his reply? Well I'm not sure. Do better.
