Boston Pizza

Ordered vegetarian pizza as per our regular for take out. Ordered on phone and went for pick up. As we came home and opened it it was not cheesy with bare minimum veges and pizza sauce. Upon calling the branch to complain about it, the on duty Night manager spoke very rudely and said it was made infron of ber and if it wasnt upto our standard then we cant do anything about it. Mind that it wasnt the first time we had eaten the same flavor but had eaten at different branches. The manager outrightly said bring it back and will refund if u hav not eaten more than 2 pieces, since i had kids and everyone barely took bites from each slice as it was late night and they were hungry so like 3 slices were eaten with one bite. Never going to order or eat from this place. I didnt expect compensation but a nice apology and tone would have helped. Please Boston try to teach your staff some kindness. The above review was given at feedback link as per bill as well. But if you were concerned about service then you would have called least of all.

Went there with my family. It wasn't very busy. There were 9 of us. waited and waited to be served. Had to flag down a waittress to ask who our server was. Another group of similar size were seated behind us, were served immediately. We left immediately after. Saw another group get up to flag down a waitress as they were waiting long as well. We won't be back.
