my oh my what terrible customer service. We were told when we ordered deliver it would be 45 minutes to an hour . The food finally arrived an hour and 45 minutes later, and they forgot multiple items in our order. When my husband called to see where the food was before it got delivered, the hostess, or whom ever answer the phone swore on the phone because my husband didnt have the name of the person who he placed the order with. Once we realized that multiple items were missing from our order, we called and they said it would be another half an hour for us to get those items which would put the wait time to two hours plus. Which I think is completely unacceptable so I called and the hostess or again whoever answered the phone. It was the same person who swore on the phone to my husband was very very dismissive of our situation and I had to give our address multiple times after having called multiple times in a row, giving the address the exact same amount of times. We eventually drove down there, returned our food and got our full refund, but awful awful awful customer service will never ever be ordering from them again because to me the idea of ordering delivery is not having to leave my house

I ubered to pick up food as was told delivery would take awhile. They forgot to pack my fries and didnt realize until i got home. Unfortunately,i had no way of getting there to pick up fries or get my money back (fries were added to meal). i was from out of town as well. Gord, pm manager, was great to deal with and very apologetic. As our stay was 5 min drive from restaurant, he okd the delivery and threw in some freebies. Great service and would return again when back in town.

BP , Blairmore was great. Food took awhile to get ready but it was worth the wait.( try the garlic parmesan fries). The server was fun , cheerful, attentive and efficient. Clean atmosphere, you can sit at the bar or tables. If you didn't know, they serve more than pizza, I had a grill chicken wrap,.
