We've had mixed experiences with Una Pizza. Usually the pizzas have been outstanding (arguably the best in the city) and it was great that the restaurant did delivery (especially since we have a toddler and we don't have insulated food delivery bags). We would order a couple pizzas (often weekly) and enjoyed the delicious food and prompt service. The past couple months things have started to go downhill, however. Orders for delivery have been late, such that we have started ordering about a half hour early in anticipation that the delivery will be about a half hour late. (Even when we order at the earliest available time to try to beat the rush, it is a half hour late.) And lately the pizza quality has been inconsistent, at least for us. For our last order, the crust was soggy and underbaked and the toppings were gluey and falling off the pizza; we actually couldn't even finish our pizzas because they were not very appetizing. We understand deliveries are late sometimes, this happens, but when it becomes a recurring pattern that is a problem, especially when the quality no longer justifies the wait. As regular customers, we have been disappointed lately in both service and quality with Una Pizza, and we feel a little bit taken for granted. We've decided to part ways with Una and to try out pizzas from some of the different restaurants in the city.
