Just ordered and will be the last time I give them a chance, ordered a simple pizza and paid for extra cheese, beef and feta, and every time I want a extra its always lacking, when you order extra you shouldnt be able to see the bottom of the pizza, To resolve the problem they wanted to remake the pizza the right way and told me 45 more minutes and they wanted the original back, Then called back and told me an hour to wait and same deal cuz they have other customers that have ordered after me, they said they could credit me for next time I order from them or remake the pizza, at this point Ive lost trust in service and they would give me a same quality pizza that Ive now waited two hours for, I went threw all managers to finally get my point across that I I want what I ordered and its literally 5 mins drive, Point is make what you promise and dont have a frugal chef that dont know how to make proper food, pizza shouldnt be a Scam

Pizza by the slice is supposed to start at 11:30. They never have it ready. It's supposed to be somewhere quick you can grab lunch on your lunch break but they don't even start it until somebody comes and then you have to wait 10 minutes.
