Our furnace was limping for a bit and money had already been spent on the ac last season. A conversation with Casey regarding our limping equipment and a few options with pricing was provided promptly. The Red Seal Certified craftsmen came, demolished, intalled, started up, showed us how each unit worked and where all the key items that we needed to know about. I highly recommend these folks. Superb diagnostic, and advice for a new heating and cooling system as well as a really neat instantaneous water heater. Well worth the cost for this type of water heater I will add. I always wondered why the European union and many other country's all use these type of water heater. Now I know. They are simply a better choice. Work done Sept 23/24; Install high efficiency furnace, air conditioner and power vented water heater. Price in line with other companies The estimator, Casey, was thorough and explained what needed to be done to install the new furnace and air conditioning. He was really good to work with from the beginning, answering any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. I added to the work by requesting a new power vented water heater. They emailed a new estimate the next day and also attached the specs as well They responded to my email inquiries promptly. The plumber/heating guy was great He worked quickly and carefully, he answered all my questions and took the time to explain what he was doing. The debris was cleaned up afterwards. He also dropped off a box of filters that had come in on his way home, thanks Drayke! I did not hesitate to recommend them to my friends when they needed someone to come in to check their furnace.
