Used Bluewater for years since however kept getting progressively worse service. Had to leave when they made a mistake on our shirts and I talked to them in person prior to getting them and all they said was you should have e mailed us and and they will reprint to try to fix at my own cost because the staff didnt recall talking to me when it was the same staff that the owners caught stealing a power tool when they where doing our party bus.

We had purchased a special article of clothing from ELSEWHERE and disappointingly, after a single wash, almost all of the lettering fell off. It was from quite a distance away and so we were not able to get a replacement. Hoping to fix my husbands sweater, I called around to a few locations in the city here with no luck. I then came across Bluewater and although they do not typically do one-offs, they happily helped me. The lettering looks great and has shown to be much more durable than the previous. I am not advising to contact them for single items because I dont want to promote what they dont generally offer, but would definitely recommend them for whatever else you may need. The next time we require something customized for our childrens sports teams, business, etc. I will definitely be contacting Blue water thanks to the quality work and customer service.
