        Pat managed our rental house in Saskatoon for 9 years after we moved out of the province. She is an excellent manager and took a very good care our house. she made it possible for us to own a rental property while not living in the same city. Promptly informed us of any maintenance issues, has a good group of people to fix those issues, she selected excellent tenants and her fees where very reasonable.

        I rented three separate houses from Pat over the course of a decade. She was always helpful and accommodating. I used her husband, Bob as my realtor when it was time to buy my own home, and he was fantastic to work with as well.
