I had really bad experience with real property management at Saskatoon , specially unjustified maintenance charges every month such as RA maintenance charges each month, small burning smell cost me more than $300 without replacing any part or servicing anything and when I asked lady in maintenance department said it shouldn't be that much and will ask contractor to refund but never get it back. Contract for property management said more than $300 charges will contact the owner but spent more than $500 without asking after a month when I asked for clarification one of the supervisor said by mistake its overcharged $500 to adjust the door and previously it was approved by maintenance supervisor and when I asked her she said she agreed it's overcharged and do not know why, big communication gap within the team, never ever hire this company or recommend this company for property management.

The team at RPM is always helpful and any requests we've had are addressed in a timely manner. As tenants, we are grateful they are the property manager. Thanks RPM!
