Derek has been an amazing Realtor for me and my family. My brother had a place just out of town he tried to sell for a really long time and Derek sold it in a few months. He found me my first house, which I got a great deal on and was wonderful to live in, and is currently helping me find another. He is quick to answer questions, very clear and concise, and he isnt afraid to tell you if you shouldnt buy something. He also seems to have a good feel for the market in Saskatoon. You cant go wrong with him. If you look at the other guy here who gave him a bad review read all the other reviews they made; I think it is just a troll account of some kind.

I had an extremely positive experience using Derek as my realtor. He was quick to respond to my questions and concerns, offers suggestions and is truly passionate about what he does.
