We cant recommend Perry strongly enough. He was more than helpful in our recent house purchase. He has great people skills and seems to know just about everybody (if you need any other work done, no matter what type, chances are he will know a guy...) Perry is hard working, personable, a great communicator and is conscientious. He was a fantastic negotiator for us on the house price and somehow was also able to maneuver through the bureaucracy to expedite our possession date, even with the hang-ups that occurred with our financing. If you are in need of a realtor, you should definitely call Perry!

I have had the opportunity to buy and sell properties with Perry. In easy markets and difficult markets. The easy sellers market was a piece of cake and Perry had my best interests protected. The difficult markets were stressful, but Perry put up with my whining and complaining and made sure he eased my stress level by taking time to explain where things were at and that there would be a light at the end of the tunnel. He took interest with certain details of my homes, helped make them better to ensure that we got the best deal for me. I would recommend Perry to family and friends and have done so before.

I recently used Perry as my realtor for buying my new home. I was interested in buying a home in Nutana -- a very high demand area. Perry was always punctual with finding new listings that matched my preference and contacting listing agents when I found something I liked. While things move quick in the Nutana area, Perry was able to get me a showing for a house I absolutely loved and helped me navigate the offer process, set up a home inspection, arranged for a furnace inspection and once this was all completed, helped me re-negotiate a new offer based on the inspection results. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the work Perry did for me as my realtor, and while I won't be looking for a new place anytime soon, would gladly recommend him to friends/family or anyone looking to purchase a house in Saskatoon!

Perry has been my realtor of choice since 2012 when he helped my husband and I acquire our dream "starter home." More recently we asked Perry to help us purchase our dream property and sell our starter home. He made the process of buying and selling incredibly easy and was able to have our starter home conditionally sold in less than 24 hours of it being listed. Perry is incredibly considerate, hardworking and honest. He has a great eye for detail and has the "jack-of-all trades" knowledge to help troubleshoot pretty much any problem we have thrown at him. He has a great network of contacts that we have been impressed with time after time. He truly wants what is best for his clients and we are so appreciative of his work. 10/10 would recommend!!
