We loved working with Candace! She helped us navigate the sale of our condo in a tricky market. Then when we were searching and searching for our dream home, Candace used her connections to get us into a house before it was even listed in our desired neighbourhood. It turned out to be the house for us so we were able to get an offer on it before others. Then she also made sure she got the best Home Inspector to do the inspection for us which helped make us feel more comfortable going into the sale. Candace was there to help us through the whole process and her communication sure made things easy. I highly recommend her!

Candace was absolutely amazing. Was always available when we needed her, she went above and beyond. We probably weren't the easiest clients at times but she never made us feel that way .I absolutely wouldn't use anyone else .ever .She is straight up and honest and puts the clients needs and wants above a quick sale.
