Scott is super driven, experienced, and knowledgeable. You can tell he is passionate about real estate and supporting his clients. He generated a strong plan for selling our house and exceeded our expectations with his levels of communication, organization, and efficiency. Scott helped me a ton figuring out what sorts of questions to ask and what to look for when I was buying my first house. He also really helped out with some renovations that needed to get done, and had a ton of contacts when I needed to have a new hot water heater and furnace installed. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially to any first time home buyer.

I sent out messages to several realtors for their services. Scott messaged me back within a minute. From then on, any questions or concerns that I had were addressed immediately. He accurately predicted each element of the process showcasing his knowledge while being extremely accessible. Scott is a one stop shop as he provided an excellent lawyer, coordinated with my tenants, stayed on top of my property manager during the move out process, and offered to take care of issues with Sask Power. With Scott as your realtor you truly have the feeling that someone is fighting for you 24/7.

My family and I made a tough decision to relocate to Saskatoon. In order for me to see myself living here I started to research. I came across a realtor on YouTube sharing things he loves and hates about living here. When it came time to find a realtor I reached out to him. Scott Ziegler became our eyes here while we were still across the country. He was honest, kind, understanding, he made this whole process easy. We are super grateful for his experience, expertise and help. Without it I dont think Id be writing this review from my own home. I definitely recommend working with him.
