We recently listed and sold our condo with Scott Irwin. Im not much for doing online reviews but I must say Scott was very deserving for a 5 star rating. Right from the start he was very professional, honest and forth homing with advise. For us, the sale was very difficult, but Scott was very confident and reassuring that we would get the deal done. Our experience with Norm was exceptional! After a previous realtor had listed the condo from our mom's estate on the market for six months, we contacted Norm. He prepared the property for market and it sold in less than a week. During the process Norm was proactive, accessible and helpful in dealing with the estate. We would highly recommend Norm and his team!
