I would highly recommend Cindy Savino if you're looking for a realtor. There were times during the buying and selling process when I was a nervous wreck, and Cindy was calm, cool, and collected the entire time, and coached me through each step, which I am forever grateful for. She explained things to me very well in terms I could understand. I valued her wealth of knowledge and experience and I knew I could trust her. We were successful in selling my house quickly and I couldn't have done it without her. She was a breeze to communicate with and she always kept me up to date with any new developments. Cindy is very pleasant to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the Saskatoon real estate market. She is also really responsive to questions and concerns. We were able to make an offer that was accepted on the property we liked within the same evening. She also took care of scheduling the inspections. She has also provided a number of contact names for different things we want to do to the house. I would definitely recommend Cindy to anyone looking to purchase a home in Saskatoon, SK.
