She understood what we were looking for and was helpful with seeing the potential in each home. We did choose a home, and Nicole worked hard to negotiate a deal we were happy with. The home inspection brought to light many problems that caused us to not purchase this property. Nicole was in agreement that this wasn't the house for us and upbeat about finding a home that would be the best fit for our family. We met Nicole in an open house which we didn't end up buying the house. Nicole is very helpful, knowledgeable, informative, genuine, easy going and full of energy. When we thought of selling our house, she was the first person that pop up on our mind. We contacted her and she gave us all the information we needed. The process of selling the house was smooth sailing since she had all the answers to our questions and solutions to the problem.
