Literally the worst management company there is. If you contact them for emergency repairs, they take days to do anything. Their supposed 24 hr number is not one - they will never answer if past regular work hours. When you do get a hold of them, they attempt to push repairs to later on, despite having maintenance regularly available. Can't wait to leave when our lease is up. I'm assuming this shady company will try to swindle me out of my security deposit. Good thing I have a great attorney in my family. Never ever go to a place managed by these guys. They are an utter joke.

My elderly parents purchased a condo and had some warranty claims that were never completed within the warranty period despite numerous emails and attempts requesting resolution. As an example, they came out to repair a light fixture by changing a bulb and marked it as "repaired" but it was not the bulb. The fixture was faulty. Same with a plumbing issue. Then once outside the warranty period, they washed their hands of the problems. Terrible, terrible service.

I'd highly recommend to be aware of the Aura building (2101 Heseltine rd, Regina). We used to rent an apartment for a year and we're counting days to move out. First couple weeks we really were enjoining fancy kitchen and good looking interior, but later it turned into the nightmare... A non-smoking facility, but nobody cares, it's ok to find not finished cigarettes on your balcony that were thrown from the upper floors, and weed, of course, you can smell it everywhere. Also, condos are absolutely not soundproof, be ready to listen to someone's music, parties, barking dogs, kids, your neighbours walking around in ski boots. Parking stalls are so close to your windows, running and warming up trucks starting at 5 am every day. This type of property is designed for wow effect and quick sale, with new appliances and nice light fixtures but it doesn't worth it... I attached photos of a brand new flooring and a door frame that falls apart. Kodiak property management that runs this facility is also a 1star company, bingo!

Absolutely unprofessional staff, not responding on emails and phone calls, if you are going to rent a condo from GDP/Kodiak be ready to wait for your security deposit for ages, they just too lazy to send a cheque for you. Make sure that you take photos of all damages on move in/out inspections and have properly signed paperwork because they like to deduct nonexistent stuff
