Philippe is an absolutely amazing real estate agent! He was our agent when we bought our first house, and when we bought our second, we knew we wanted to work with him again. He is responsive and very attentive and knowledgeable. When we encountered some issues with our bank this time, he moved heaven and earth to make sure that we could still get our house. After this house purchase, I know we will always call Philippe first, and I will always take his advice.
