INVEST IN CHAMPAGNE. Josh sold a house for us last year and I couldnt have been happier! It was a frantic, rushed, last minute situation and we needed the sale to get us into our dream home. Josh crushed it, got AMAZING video and pictures done (we almost decided to keep the house, the videos were so good ), and then had the house sold within a month. He treated us like friends, not just customers, and brought a professionalism that we had no idea existed! My standard for realtors has been set extremely high. If youre still reading this excessively lengthy review, youre wasting your time. Just CALL HIM already!

Josh is an exceptional realtor; what a privilege to have worked with him! He brings to the table a keen energy and expertise beyond his years. Josh helped my wife and I buy our first home. From the beginning stages to finalizing the deal, this guy put in the work. He was available whenever we called or texted with questions and was quick to get us into to showings. For first time homebuyers, buying can be a daunting and scary task. Where do I begin! I was lucky enough to work with Josh in his previous venture (prior to real estate) where he excelled and was a TOP producer not only in Saskatoon but in Canada. Over the last 4 years Josh has helped me on 4 different occasions. The purchase of my daughters home, the sale of my home, the sale of my daughters home, and most recently the sale of my Mother In-laws home.
