        Employees should ask themselves would I eat this? If the answer is no, dont bag it up and send it out the drive through. Terrible experience, ordered a BLT bagel, it was charred black - completely inedible. Called to notify, employee who answered the phone had no interest in making it right, said I would need proof - here it is, see attached photo.
