Very upset with my first experience at thirteen pies pizza + bar. Arrived tonight at 10:30 pm (they are open until 12) with just two of us. Stood at the door for quite sometime before the bartender noticed and sat us, said the server would be with us shortly she was obviously busy which is completely understandable. I was patient and assumed shed come to us when she had a minute as I understand what its like to work in a busy restaurant. 30 minutes passes and multiple tables leaving but we are still waiting to be helped. eventually we just left as it was getting close to closing hours and at this point we had accepted the fact that no one was coming to help us. This was not even a weekend night, I cannot imagine what its like on extremely busy nights!
