New York Fries Midtown Plaza

Ordered a large poutine was really excited to eat but found a long blonde hair.

Honestly went there today april 21. The staff was fantastic the kid running till was so nice and friendly and the fry guy was funny and the lady was really good at what she did there for us . There vibe was fantastic and I think they all did a amazing job in sync . I'm proud to go there and get food when buddy at till working he made it a fun experince . Brining everyone mood and work ethic up . It's amazing to see workers that happy and work together that well

Worst hotdog Ive had in recent memory. Charged me $7.50 for just a chilli dog. The hotdog was one of those really cheap no name brand ones and the chilli and cheese had zero taste. A 7/11 hotdog is worlds above, sadly.

Not great i asked for the veggie fries and got a regular poutine didnt notice till i got home cause i got it to go. If i wanted a regular poutine i would have gone somewhere that i actually liked the poutine

Yesterday, I ordered a Large Fries. When I asked for 2 sachets of Cajun Seasonings, an employee named ARSHDEEP denied it very rudely and told that they can only give 1 Cajun Seasoning per order. Thats not the problem, the problem is she denied very instantly and so disrespectfully even before I could complete my sentence. Im ready to pay but at least ask me. Theres no issue of paying $0.50 for a $16 order but you have to inform customer about the policy politely and give them an option to pay. She just ruined my whole mood for 50cents. New York Fries need to train the staff on how to speak with customers.
