Bannock Express

Lots of reviews about terrible customer service, waiting forever for an order, not getting an order, etc...etc. I have been eating at locations I've never eaten at before and tried food I've never tried before for the last couple months and I've had some really good first time experiences these last few months and left some really great reviews. I am going to try this place for the first time today...I will update this review after.

Not impressed. Called ahead before my lunch break to see if they had chili, no chili, only thing they had "ready" was soup. Went to go get it and she says "the soup is not ready, it's plain with no veggies" so I ordered a burger and fries and was told it would be ready in 5-10 minutes. I went in 10 minutes later and it was not ready. Another 10 minutes my burger was ready but the fries weren't, but the soup now was. So I got my burger and soup. Burger was ok, i got the deluxe and there was no tomato even though I watched her bring tomatos inside. The soup is bland. No salt or seasoning. Just the seasoning from the pre-made broth. I wanted to support local but if I can't get food within the window of time they provide, and they don't have the food they advertise, its hard.
