I had issues with a different roof company 2 years ago. Riptide was able to come and help with an inspection and report which was very helpful. Later on, I hired them to help fix the other company's poor craftmanship. They left my roof in perfect condition. Recently I had an issue with shingles on a project and Riptide has been very helpful with that too. Everyone I've dealt with has been courteous, helpful and professional. Ben and his team replaced the roof on our 115 yro farm house several years ago. It was a complex roof with lots of gables & eyebrows. The quote was just to reshingle, however, they went above and beyond replacing several areas where the old sheathing was rotten and added roof vents all within the originally quoted price! They were on time, professional, respectful and the crew interacted with our kids (who had lots of questions) in a very friendly way. Highly recommend this outfit!!!
