Re-roofed 4 years ago. Upsold on heavier more expensive shingles for better wind resistance. After 2 years, shingles torn off. Noticed that the shingling pattern is improper. Not staggered properly. This company has been negligent in affording any warranty as they stated they would. Run, don't walk from these uncaring unscrupulous and negligent business operators. Don't be fooled. Bob and his team did a great job of re-shingling our roof this summer. The guys were professional, the quality of work was way better than the original shingles. Ours was a larger high pitched roof so it took about a week to complete, but we were very happy with the results. Many reviews criticize the non-responsiveness of the owner when getting an estimate or trying to nail down a start time, but the dependency on wind and rain do make the jobs tough to schedule. Although Bob was not always the best at responding immediately, we found that being patient was a great strategy. The work was excellent and the price was the lowest of the three quotes we got. Cactus roofing did my shingles on house and garage, it was discussed to put up drip edge on both and replace rotten boards on outer edge of garage roof. The crew did a rush job and didnt replace any rotten wood on garage just put shingles over the rotten boards. They also didnt put drip edge on the south side of garage at all and didnt complete the drip edge on the front of garage due to rotten boards. When I returned to Saskatoon from work I found deficiencies and emailed cactus roofing. The owner relied and said a crew would be back Monday to repair the issues. No one ever came. Cactus roofing stopped replying to my emails and have not answered over 15 calls I have placed. Looking into other legal options at this point. ZERO STARS Services: Roof repair, Roof damage repair
