My team had been searching for replacement pads and a battery for our defibrillator for quite some time. Unfortunately, we faced supply chain problems that made it impossible for us to find the necessary items. However, our luck changed when we discovered AED Advantage. I recently purchased a Philips defibrillator from AED Advantage. Regrettably, and following discussion with my wife, it became apparent that she might not be able to complete the preliminary steps, necessary to set up for the defibrillation protocol. I contacted AED, who proved to be very understanding and supportive, facilitating a free return of the machine. Too many companies are eager to sell but not very responsive when a return is required. In my case, AED proved to be a 'breath of fresh air' and provided an excellent customer experience from initial purchase to return - five stars !
