Please train your staff properly before letting them make subs for your customers on their own.

I bought a $25 gift card at Christmas and went to use it yesterday and it says there was no balance and hadn't been activated. I talked to manager today and she insinuated I brought in an old card, although the last 4 digits matched her sequence of card numbers. When I bought the gc there were two staff on that clearly didn't know what they were doing as there were two cards so I clearly didn't get the right one. Anyways, the manager did not want to do anything about it and accused me of being fraudulent. I will not be coming to this subway again. I am following up on this with their head office as I spent 30 minutes there and they did not want to assist but were happy to take my $ for the gc.

What's the point in ordering a salad to go, only to get giant chunks of veg, in a cardboard container, without even a plastic knife? Bite sized, guys. Restaurant stuff 101. You want bite sized. Give em one slice, makes a world of difference. Also, your cookie dough seems as though it was melted prior to being cooked, judging by the cookef chocolate and carmel. Unsure, but ultimately, an unpleasant texture. Have a good day

The staff is always pleasant and had shown good customer care when I visited this place. Once I met with the franchise owner of this store, he was pleasant and eager to get my opinion about the service and the store. He was professional and willing to take any constructive criticism about the store and the services. The sandwich artists are well trained and prepared my orders so well. I recommend this place.
