I asked an employee for the price of an item which seemed strange to me because it was a second hand product and the price was higher than the new product. I asked if there was a reason but apparently the worker didn't know anything. Feeling unable to give me a reason, he responded in a rude and childish manner. You guys should train your employees on customer service.

This place broke my heart , I've brought them $655 worth of video gaming stuff, they game me $220 for everything, I was told that they already have all the games I've had, in stock" for the reason why they couldn't give me any more for my items, but when I looked around they didn't have any of the games I brought in, so I was lied to my face & that's when I felt disrespected & taken advantage of for my items . I will never deal here again! Please save your items! & look to sell them somewhere else! Or try sell them locally to someone! Or else you will be low balled & ripped off, here! If I could, I would bring you guys your $220 back, so I can get my $655 worth of items back!

Great place to shop for used stuff. I like the staff's approach to customers and the deals they spin out. Matt's professionalism astonished me, ... and of course others along.

Very happy with my experience at Cashopolis. Riley was extremely helpful and I ended up receiving more than I thought I would selling my items. Will continue to bring my stuff here
