I wish I read the reviews before going with this company for security. If I didnt have to give a star I wouldnt! Had our system installed and had trouble since. Very, very disappointed with the services weve received this far and we are stuck on a contract for 4 years! Ive had a technician come and repair our doorbell camera 12 times now, the 11th time they tell me that its the wifi connection and that I need a wifi extender, they should probably give people a heads up if they need a wifi extender and not let customers assume their system is going to work perfectly after its been installed. I get the wifi extender installed, scheduled an appointment, the appointment is two weeks later at 3:30pm, when the day comes the technician is a no show, I call the office and they say if the technician doesnt show by 4pm to call back. Still no technician at 4pm, this time I cant get through to the office. I send a frustrating email and Im told theyre short staffed (umm but Im a paying customer and have had the appointment booked for two weeks) they have a technician over in minutes! Technician comes to fix the front doorbell camera for the 12th time. Technician tells me that hes having trouble connecting the doorbell and he needs to take it to the office to do some troubleshooting. Now I have to wait another day and who knows if it will be fixed tomorrow or if the technician will show up!?!? So frustrated with the services weve had this far. After the contract is up I will be going with a different security company. I regret having a contract with them.

They tried to repair my system more than once and it still doesn't work. What I have paid in repair bills is near criminal. So who's the Thieves?
