        Pamela was excellent to deal with. I live in another city and we were able to arrange everything we needed to get a temporary storage unit by email and over the phone for a remote check in. It was seamless. Turned out we didnt need the unit and we emailed to let them know that the unit hadnt been used and the green seal would still be intact on the unit. Within a half hour, we received confirmation the account was closed for us. While I cant speak to the storage site specifically, the customer service was top notch!
