It was horrible there was two girls I was there for over an hour asking them to get me shoes they never did they ignored me and then told me to leave horrible service

I bought the UGG cleaning kit. Before using I read online reviews on how it works and I read a couple saying not to buy and that it leaves your boots looking water damaged. Apparently its best to dry clean them. I called the next day to see if I could return it and the lady said no, sock and shoe cleaning kits arent returnable, which the cashier I had the day before did not mention! Now Im stuck with the kit I will not even be using. Disappointed, I will not be returning! The lady on the phone asked if I even tried it, why would I risk damaging my expensive boots.

I was at the store yesterday getting myself some shoes, in the evening and there were two workers. When I walked in there was a mom with I think three girls they were there for the whole time I was there and that was 10 minutes before closing and the girl who was working there kept walking past and ignoring them I tried to say something but I was ignored about that. The mom looked really stressed out and kept trying to ask the girl about the shoes and sizes and she would be cold and rude! On my behalf I think this is such a terrible way to treat your customers especially a family! Very unhappy with the service I had to witness.
