This website/company/app whatever it is, is not functional in the way that was promised when we signed up for the service. We use it as a vendor list for our real estate company. We are supposed to have two customized apps--one for Apple, one for Android, that we can download in the App Store/Apple Store and send out to our agents. Our Apple app is searchable and downloadable, but our Android app has disappeared from the App Store and is no longer searchable. There are constant "Internal Server Errors" stopping us from logging in on a regular basis. We have called the corporate number numerous times and left numerous messages. None have been returned. We have sent several emails to the Support Center. None have been returned. At this point, I am wondering if this company is a scam from the beginning. We can't even figure out how to cancel our service, so they are just collecting our payment every month and not providing the services that they are contracted for. Would not recommend this company or their services.

We have tried a number of times to contact their support and no one picks up the phone and no reply to emails. This seems like it is a scam. We have paid and the app can't even be found.

My wife has used them for a couple years now. She recently needed to make some changes and no one is responding. She has tried to call them, email them, used their website contact and through their app. They do not call back, they do not email back but the do not hesitate to take her yearly fee. The idea is great, The support is horrendous. If i could give zero stars i would. Without the people who pay you for your app you would have no income. Might be good for business if you responded to your Clients.
