Not the most user friendly software. Does not even have an app for the software. interface is old and outdated. compared to other management softwares, Mindzplay's interface is not very direct in accessibility as it requires you to access an entire new page altogether, and leaves you ending up having to switch back and forth between web tabs

I have been using their services for just over a year and I'm very happy with my choice! Doug was very helpful getting me started and Katie is always so efficient with any questions or any help I've needed.

I've been with MindZplay for nearly 10 years. Through this time I have experienced ongoing prompt, reliable customer service and product evolution. They take customer feedback under advisement and incorporate these needs into the improvements they make to their platform. I'm super pleased with the product and service, and highly recommend MindZplay to others.

The system was good in its time, it just seems like it hasn't been updated in a long time and there are some things that could be streamlined better. Since they are in SK the clock only goes by their time and they haven't adjusted it to go with the customers time zone, we also had a lot of confirmation email issues to the point we had clients constantly calling to see if the online booking they did went through and mindzplay always said it did.. however it was getting lost somewhere.. we just attributed it to old software. Customer service is quick at getting back to us when we have a issue, however 9 times out of 10 they don't know what went wrong or how to fix it and Katie can be very patronizing in her tone.
