To whom it may concern, I spoke with their owner regarding my GPS tracking plan. When I originally signed up for a 4G service with 4G devices. The 4G devices I was given by your company were faulty and malfunctioned, at which point we called you to complain and you told us that you will replace the faulty devices. You then sent us new devices but forgot to mention that they were 2G devices and continued to charge us for 4G services. Now the 2G devices aren't working and you are requesting that we upgrade (and pay a fee $400) for 4G devices (that we should've had from the very beginning). More so, you refuse to compensate us for the difference in payments that we were overpaying for your 4G services while we had the 2G devices that you provided us (and didn't tell us about), leading us to think that they were 4G devices. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, and dishonest. Since we paid for a full year in advance we are requesting either that you correctly exchange our devices for what we should've had to begin with, which are proper working 4G devices, and that you as a professional company take the responsibility for failing to provide us with the service and the devices we originally signed up for and have been paying for ever since. Or we are requesting a full refund back for this year. Please let us know in writing the solution you want to take as we would like to also understand what our next steps will be. We have been working on a truck sharing bussines. Renting equipment remotely is the focus of our plan ,Vince and Clayton came up with a system that works perfectly! Our trucks are tracked and secured, during and between rentals. Service issues are dealt with promptly! I will be installing this system on all our trucks as they come on line. Thank you

Here is a Canadian company that has car your vehicle GPS down packed. It's all cloud based so no software to install on your device and the GPS device connects quickly to your vehicle - no messing around. Since it's all cloud based your history of the vehicle can be traced with time, date, speed and an outline on a map showing you the route. Tons of other features and great customer service. I'm glad we've chosen them for our fleet of cargo vans.

As a contracting firm we were pleased to find a Canadian service provider for mobile GPS systems. Aside from supporting a Canadian provider, we chose Text2Car because the mobile GPS tracker has a built in battery, so even if the vehicle's battery is disabled, the GPS continues to communicate. We also have the added security option of disabling ignition during off-hours. And here is where our troubles began. The mobile or desktop interface is cloud based. The cloud service often drops out leaving us with hours of untracked data (unable to locate our vehicles and receive necessary vehicle data). We also disable ignition and when the cloud drops out, our vehicles are stranded. This has happened numerous times. We have reached out to Text2Car, sent emails and videos to explain our circumstances. If reliable, continuous monitoring is essential for you, consider another provider. If 24/7 support is vital, consider another provider. Perhaps when Text2Car has worked out all its bugs and has developed a robust support department, it may get better ratings.
