I have spotted rabbit sweeping at this place most of the time

Good place to live. Close to USask. Close to a school for the kids (6 or older, because younger kids don't have clases everyday). The heating at the building is always to high. They could be saving a lot by just going a couple of degrees down.

I've never lived here but delivered food here. It always seems a bit dingy at these entrances

Well, it IS called Mouse Hall. I lived there in 1970 when it was brand new. I was ten. No pets allowed, but every family had animals. I loved living with families from all over the world. From the images and Google street view, it looks very much the same.

As others have commented, the buidling is in dire need of an overhaul. I was only there for a short visit. The residents tell the tales of the challenges they experience.
