Decent service, their staff is not very responsive via email and hard to get answers. Not sure if its a function of being too busy. The staff overall is very knowledgeable, and helpful! I will continue using these guys for my pool service needs.

I started dealing with Paradise Leisurescapes on May 5th, 2023. I called and was inquiring about a hot tub cover. This place is an authorized dealer for the particular brand I have, and this was the store where it was originally purchased. I called May 5th to ask a yes or no question. I asked if they had a cover lid for my model hot tub. I was told that there was one available according to their computer but that the warehouse manager would have to confirm this. I called in the morning and was told they would call back. I've never heard from them for 7 days. I called them the following Friday, May 12th, and the employee said the same thing and told me they would call back. They did not, so on Saturday, May 13, I called back again and spoke with a different employee. Had to repeat the entire process. He said the same thing. The warehouse manager would have to confirm it, but he was gone until Monday the 15th. He apologized for no one calling me back, and this employee promised to call me back and did, call me back on Monday the 15th at 3 pm. He informed me that they did NOT have the cover in stock. The problem is that with the cover not being in stock, it has to be ordered in. They told me this could take 8 weeks to 8 months. So it took them 12 days to tell me this. Now, I am already almost 2 weeks behind to get one brought in. It was very frustrating and made me feel unimportant in the process.
